7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind SEOScan. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial subscription payment.
  • Applies to Pro and Business plan subscriptions only (Free plan has no charges).
  • Renewal charges (month 2+) are not eligible for a refund, but you may cancel at any time to stop future billing.
  • Only one refund per customer.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at kgstudiobg@outlook.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include the email address associated with your SEOScan account.
  3. Briefly describe why you are requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve).

We will confirm receipt of your request within 1 business day.

Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed through Stripe and credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Your subscription will be cancelled upon approval of the refund. You will lose access to paid features at that point.

Cancellation Without Refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Pricing page via the "Manage Subscription" button. Cancellation stops future billing and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for the unused portion of a period.
